So i doubt there are any 'regular' visitors here.
But if you are here then "HI!" :)
I've all but closed this blog down in favour of the one I have been running for years at Beginner Triathlete. Somedays I don't have time to maintain one blog let alone two and, I have let this one go a bit. I am not happy leaving 'stuff' out there unattended in virtual reality.
Please come and visit, perhaps even sign up, it's an awesome on-line community and fountain of info, plus it has some great features for planning/logging/blogging your trainnig or just day to day life.
Anyway... please comment here if you wish to leave a message (or other) alternatively email me at chr15tree at triathlete dot com.

Unattached
So most people who see me in this kit think I'm either not married or that I am on the lookout.
Do they really think that??? Do they really think that someone would wear a big badge giving out their relationship status... life isn't really like facebook.
Besides if I was 'on-the-pull' I'm not sure skin hugging lycra is the appropriate attire, I know what I look like in the mirror.
I've never been one for clubs. Despite recently joining one (just to take part in their TT series) to 'just see' I soon just realised that club-life wasn't for me.
Anyway this is the club kit for he (or she) who doesn't, and doesn't want to, belong to a club. To show their individuality with kit just as well made, well thought out as any other , as well as being striking and unique.
I've just ordered up a new jersey (erm larger to hide all sorts of non-training activity) and bib shorts, with a 'cross skin suit to follow.
Boy am I looking forward to that skinsuit! Is that wrong???
Here's what Carlos has to say...
"Just because you haven't joined a club, doesn't mean you have to compete in submissively bland apparel. Display your unattached pride and race in this eye-catching kit. The solid scheme defies convention while the bold, wrap-around type screams that you are going it alone. Yowch, it's hot!"
Don't be a Fred.

PS - the club I was talking about... their jersey, purple and orange. I think it may actually be worse than Astana's.

Oh and I swam at lunch... only 1200m but that is the second time this week... I may have to enter another on of those triathlon thingies...
